How are you feeling after serving your country?
Is it a mix of emotions—both good and challenging?
After serving 14 years in the Army, I felt a deep sense of accomplishment. I was proud and grateful to have fulfilled my duty. But at the same time, I found myself feeling lost, faced with a question many veterans know all too well: “What happens next?”
That question wasn’t easy to answer because the Army had become more than a career—it had become my identity.
My journey forward required me to rediscover who I was beyond the uniform. I had to rebrand myself, redefine my purpose, and embrace a new identity.
I am Rosa Footman—an Army Veteran, a follower of Christ, and now a servant leader called to support others.
Today, I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life after service—helping you find direction, restore purpose, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose, I invite you to connect with me today. Your next chapter starts now—and I’m here to help you write it.
