We believe in a collaborative approach to counseling, where clients are active participants in the therapeutic process. Our therapist uses techniques from Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for marriage & family counseling. Bowen's Family Therapy for family therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to assist couples with their communication skills and to connect emotionally.
